*Land (outside Calgary, Alberta) purchased in 1914 by Miltor L. Winters from the Canadian Pacific Railroad for about $24 per acre.

*Upon returning home from the R.C.A.F. Ralph C. Winters purchased the land from Milton L. in 1946.

*In 1970 Ralph started building runways.
